Zach joined Marlon Blackwell Architects in the summer of 2020. Prior to joining MBA Zach worked at Tucson based firm Studio Caban where he participated in projects in the American Southwest, Mexico and the Caribbean focusing primarily on high-end residential and hospitality design. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, Zach joined MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects in Halifax through the Ghost Residency Program. While there, Zach worked on private homes as well as public projects in Atlantic Canada. In school Zach graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the Mort Karp Medal which is awarded to the graduating student who has demonstrated great concern for social and cultural issues as they relate to design.
