Bryan initially joined Marlon Blackwell Architects in the summer of 2019. He has previously interned with Esterly Schneider and Associates in Springfield, Missouri.

He returned to MBA after graduating from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design in 2020 with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in the History of Architectural Design. While in school, he worked as a fabrication lab technician and research assistant for Jessica Colangelo and Charles Sharpless on Salvage Swings; a project utilizing scrap CLT panels to create a summer pavilion for the 2019 Figment Festival in New York City.

At the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, Bryan was presented several honors for studio work including the Integrated Design Studio prize. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Herbert K. Howler Medal for demonstrating hand drawing skills, the ability to conceptualize interior spaces and volumes, and successfully incorporating classical principles into the design of modern architecture.
