Her leadership extends through AIA Arkansas, where she’s helped shape emerging professional networks, and within MBA’s building performance and mentorship programs. Katherine pairs strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail, making her equally adept at early design and follow-through. She leads with structure, insight, and a love of continuous learning.
