Fayetteville, Arkansas, 2001

Located on the west side (facing east) of the Downtown Square in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This retail boutique is located in a tenant space in the Campbell Bell Building, a newly renovated 1930’s mixed-use structure. The owners of the building mandated the existing brick at the north wall of the tenant space be left exposed.

A high fashion women’s clothing boutique with showroom, dressing rooms, display windows, and service areas.

The owner, of international origin, wished the boutique to have the feeling of an urban loft and, as well, exhibit his love of color, sensual materials, and industrial and organic forms. Discussions with the owner on business philosophy and the world of fashion yielded words such as "evolve, form, emerge, change..."
