Fayetteville, Arkansas, 1996

A 9000 sq. ft. addition and renovation to the old Goodyear Tire building near the downtown square in Fayetteville. The building has been transformed into professional offices. A steel canopy portico, site-cast concrete terrace and grand stairs were incorporated to provide a pedestrian link between the building and the street edge. The entire building was re-clad in a buff utility brick.
